Centralized Volumetric Systems

Lubrication systems used to supply lubricant to various application points on machines and equipment based on a volumetric measurement. These systems are designed to deliver a specific amount of lubricant to each point of application, ensuring precise and controlled lubrication.

In these systems, a lubrication pump is responsible for providing pressure and volume of lubricant to the system. The lubricant is transported via pipes or hoses to the application points. Each application point is equipped with a volumetric distribution valve that controls the lubricant flow.
Volumetric centralized systems offer several advantages. They allow precise and controlled distribution of the lubricant, ensuring that each application point receives the correct amount. This is especially important in equipment where the amount of lubricant must be strictly controlled to avoid problems such as over or under lubrication.

Furthermore, these systems are capable of providing lubrication at multiple application points simultaneously, which makes them suitable for applications with multiple lubrication needs on the same equipment.
